To commence a refund request, please furnish us with the purchase order number, a comprehensive description of the encountered problem, and details of the software and file formats utilised. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will strive to process it within 3 business days.
If your refund request is approved, you are legally required to delete all copies of the purchased product files and are prohibited from retaining or using them in the future.
